For anyone interested in 10GHz this link may well be of interest as it is a very affordable way of getting active on this interesting band. http://www.chris-bartram.co.uk/ 73 Richard G3CWI

In reply to G3CWI: Probably the most compact and best priced 10GHz transverter can be found here: http://www.transverters.net/84298696 Ideal for SOTA. With a PCBLog antenna it gets really small form factor 73 de Luis EA5DOM

In reply to EA5DOM: Thanks Luis. The technical information is a bit limited. Have any been used for SOTA yet? 73 Richard G3CWI

In reply to G3CWI: We used it inside a car as /Mobile 10Ghz station while approaching to the last V-U-SHF meeting in Avila last month. Was really funny and tricky for the other station to chase for us with a 50cm dish. But I want to arrange a SOTA this summer Not many figures in tech specs. But I have compared it with a Kuhne at that meeting and could receive the same signals with this. Tx pwr is 23dBm. You only need to add an antenna relay and the IF rig of your choice (FT-817 ??) 73 de Luis EA5DOM
